My first blog

Wow i've been wanting to do this for a long time but never got around to doing it. Since i am now unemployed it seemed appropriate that i occupy my time with something i'm interested in to block out all the depressing thoughts of unemployment.

I've enjoyed baking for ever since i can remember. Occasionally when i was young i use to make cakes for friends, without even realising it became a 'thing' that i did... only recently have i noticed.
